Hi,
the danish Parliament has gone on summer vacation, and the new year in the Parliament starts on the 2. of October. Before that nothing can be voted about and therefore there will probably not be any new status about the new 7 year rule, before after October 2, 2018.
I can only say that it is off course very frustating for people who can be affected by the new rule, that they have to wait so long, and so close to the expected date (January 1, 2019) where the new rule will be in force.
So, nothing will be approved before after October 2, 2018 - but until that date there can be some indications about if there will be some changes to the current proposal about the new rule.
Best regards,
Anders, www.a-kasser.dk
