I'd like to understand the law concerning residence requirement a bit more.
I've lived in Denmark for 3 years, 8 months. So, I don't meet the new residency requirement.
I became unemployed on 1st of July 2018.
Starting 1st May 2019, I am employed again.
Having read the QA here, I understood the following (correct me if I wrong):
I will be able to go unemployed until 1st of July 2021 (three years Ifrom first time becoming unemployed). In other words, I could work till Mid-May 2021 (and then I could get the unemployment benefits for the remaining time left for this 2 years). Despite the fact that I'll earn is roughly 3818 hours.
