Hi,
I assume that you have been living in Denmark since december 2017..and was living in a non-EU country before that. However you write that you was living in a non-EU country until December 2017 and live in Denmark since December 2016, (this is not possible..so I am not full clear about what you mean).
However we assume that you have been living in Denmark since december 2017.
Because you are a non-EU, you can only count stay in Denmark and the other nordic countries, when deciding if you meet the new residence requirement.
So, you will NOT meet the residence requirement. You have only stayed here in little over 1 year.
So you can not get unemployment benefits. You must wait until you have stayed in Denmark for 7 years. From 2021 the requirement will be 7 out of the last 12 years.
It therefore gives no meaning for you to pay to A-kasse.
Only when you have stayed here in 6 years, you should sign up and pay for A-kasse again.
Best regards,
Anders, www.a-kasser.dk
