Hi,.
From January 1, 2019 the residence requirement will be 5 out of the last 12 years. But you tell you have only stayed 3 years in Denmark or another EU-country.
So unfortunately you will not be eligible for Unemployment benefits in 2019. And not before you can fulfill the residence requirement. in 2020 it will be 6 out of the last 12 years, in 2021 and years after 2021, the requirement will be 7 out of the last 12 years.
If you have refugee status and have been granted asylum, then you can include stays in other EU-EEA-countries during the last 12 years.
