the maximum amount (dagpengesats) from jan 2016 is DKK 18.113,00/month.
You can get 90% of your salary - but not more than this maximum. (DKK 18.113/month).
About new law? Yes there will be some changes from jan. 2017, but thats not directy affect the amount payed (dagpengesatsen). The changes is more about for how long you can get benefits and how you can be eligible for benefits.
